The planet earth goes in conjunction with its satellite, which is proportional to it and is at a real distance.

The moon is linked to the earth, that is, rotating the earth - the moon rotates with it. In order to rotate the moon separately,

just select it and rotate it (the pivot of the moon is in the center of the earth)

Be careful, the objects in the scene are quite large, but you can easily scale them to the required size.
